Our Story
Building Tensile Structures Since 2010
ShadeCo India Private Limited was established in 2010. Based in Delhi, the company designs, fabricates and installs tensile structures and roofing systems for schools, hospitals, commercial properties, resorts and other sites.
Our work brings together the fabric roof and the structure that supports it. Engineers, fabricators and installers take a project from site review through workshop production to installation and handover.

Arwachin Bharti Bhawan School, Delhi
The school assembly tensile roof at Arwachin Bharti Bhawan Senior Secondary School in Vivek Vihar, Delhi, is completed. The structure covers approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of the assembly ground, with installation scheduled around school activities.

Design, Workshop Fabrication and Site Installation
Our Delhi office and workshop support projects across India. The work includes parking shades, covered walkways, atrium roofs, school canopies and sports shades, alongside polycarbonate and metal roofing.

How We Work
Connecting the Drawing to the Finished Structure
A roof has to fit the way a space is used. We review dimensions, circulation, support positions and drainage before the design moves into fabrication.
Steel components and fabric panels are prepared in the workshop, then assembled at the site. Final checks and maintenance guidance form part of handover. Our process page explains these stages in more detail.
