3D Modeling
3D images and walkthrough videos of tensile structures, canopies and roofing projects, so you can review the shape, height and coverage before fabrication begins.
Structural Engineering
Load calculation, IS 875 wind load design, foundation design and shop drawings for tensile roofs and steel shade structures, prepared by our in-house engineers.
Manufacturing Services
Fabric patterning, HF and hot-air welded membranes, and galvanized or powder-coated steel frames, made in our Delhi workshop to approved shop drawings.
Installation Services
Frame erection, fabric tensioning and safe work at height for tensile roofs, canopies and car parking shades, carried out by our in-house site teams.
Roof Repair Services
Tear patching, seam re-welding, re-tensioning and full fabric replacement for tensile roofs and canopies, including structures built by other companies.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Fabric-safe cleaning, gutter clearing, and tension and bolt checks, offered as one-time visits, annual maintenance contracts or monsoon checks.
CNC Profile Cutting
Fiber laser, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting of MS, GI, stainless steel and aluminium, with CNC bending, jaali cutting and outside job work.
ACP Cladding & Facade
FR and PE core ACP, HPL and CNC jaali facades on aluminium or GI sub-frames, for building elevations, interiors, signage and canopy fascias.
Additional Services
Railings, gates, steel staircases, metal and polycarbonate roofing, gutters, louvers and bird netting, on their own or alongside your main project.

Established in 2010, the company has its office and workshop in Delhi, with in-house engineers, fabricators and installers. See our project process for the main stages.
02. Drawings That Guide the Work
Shop drawings and fabric cutting patterns turn the approved design into parts that can be made and installed. Our engineers design as per IS 875, IS 1893, IS 800 and IS 456, and our work follows an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
03. Solutions for Different Roofs and Spaces
The service scope follows the space, intended use and existing conditions. For polycarbonate roofing, this includes sheet selection, support planning, fabrication coordination and installation support. Projects are carried out across India and abroad, including Nepal.

ShadeCo India provides nine services for tensile structures, roofing and metalwork: 3D modeling, structural engineering, manufacturing, installation, roof repair, and cleaning and maintenance, along with CNC profile cutting, ACP cladding and facades, and additional services such as railings, polycarbonate roofing and gutters. All of them are handled by our in-house team of engineers, fabricators and installers, working from our office and workshop in Delhi.
Yes, ShadeCo India can handle a project from the first design to the final handover. Our team prepares 3D models, carries out structural engineering as per IS codes, makes the fabric membrane and steel frame in our Delhi workshop, and installs the structure on site. Because one company handles every stage, the drawings, parts and site work stay in line, and questions are solved within our own team.
To request a quotation, share the project location, approximate dimensions, intended use and the service you need. Site photographs, drawings and details of site access help us define the scope accurately. For repairs or cleaning, add clear photographs of the current condition and any information about the existing structure, such as its age, fabric type and who built it. Our team then reviews the details and contacts you.
Yes, ShadeCo India repairs and maintains existing tensile structures, canopies, shade sails and polycarbonate roofs, including those built by other companies. Repair work covers tear patching, seam re-welding, re-tensioning and full fabric replacement. Maintenance covers fabric-safe cleaning, gutter clearing, and tension and bolt checks, offered as one-time visits, annual maintenance contracts or pre-monsoon and post-monsoon checks.
Yes, every service is planned around the site and how the space will be used. Design and engineering take account of the area to be covered, site access, existing supports, local wind conditions and the intended use, whether it is a car parking area, school courtyard, walkway or commercial front. The fabric grade, frame finish and fixing method are then chosen to suit that project.
Yes, several ShadeCo India services can be taken on their own. Architects and builders can order only 3D modeling, or only structural engineering with the calculation report, drawings and BOQ. Fabricators can send DXF files for CNC cutting job work, and owners of existing structures can book repair or maintenance even if another company built them. Our team will advise on the scope that fits your project.
Yes, ShadeCo India works on projects across India and abroad, including Nepal. Our office and workshop are in Delhi, where membranes and steel frames are made before they are sent to site. Our in-house installation teams then travel to the project location to erect and tension the structure. Inspections, repairs and maintenance visits can also be arranged outside Delhi, depending on the project.

Established in 2010, the company follows this system for checking materials, fabrication and finish on every project. Fabric panels, welded seams and steel parts are compared with the cutting patterns and shop drawings before they are packed and sent to site for installation by our own teams.
